If your event has concluded and no damages or additional chargeable items were found during our post-event inspection, your security deposit refund check will be prepared within one week.
To receive your refund, simply:
✅ Pick up your check at Nani Mau Garden, or
✅ Send us your mailing address and let us know who the check should be made payable to, and we’ll mail it to you.
📌 Please note: If we do not receive your mailing address and the check is not picked up, we are unable to issue your refund.
